Julia Stacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor with over 25 years of experience helping adults heal from the patterns, wounds, and transitions that keep them stuck. Julia is extensively trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She integrates these approaches to help clients heal from past wounds and address triggers that impact their present lives. Her specialties include working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Julia has particular expertise working with survivors of narcissistic abuse - helping clients move beyond confusion and self-doubt to reclaim their identity, trust their own perceptions, and rebuild from the inside out. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. She guides them on their journey to heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives. Additionally, she provides supervision for LPC interns working toward full licensure.
